A wonderful bike tour on a nice balance of clean and smooth blacktop roads, very hard compacted Wisconsin State gravel bicycle trail and a small amount of rustic trail all under a beautiful canopy of fall color leaves and trees along the magical St Croix River Valley.

Limited edition framable posters autographed by the artist Jeff Henneman aka Mr. Fat Cat will be for sale at the event for $25 or by mail for $30. 
 
Kids 16 and under are free.
Helmets required and people are encouraged to be on the course by 10:30 am.
Registration starts at 7:30 AM. Fresh Coffee and Bakery.
Opening ceremonies at 9:00 AM 
 
Recommended tires: 700 x 25c or larger if 700c, 27 x 1 1/4 or even 1 1/8" is fine on 27.

We will have a limited number of Tshirts for sale with the Ghandi Dancer illustration similar to the poster. Pre-order your shirt now to guarantee you can get this special tshirt to promote Peace and creativity. Design by Legendary Minneapolis Artist and Illustrator Jeff Henneman aka Mister Fat Cat of City Pages fame. 
 
Refreshments. 
 There will be water and snacks available at the pit stops as part of your entrance fee. There will also be lunch for purchase at the wonderful all-natural and organic Café Wren in Luck. The other pit stops may have other items for sale as well. The bar-b-que at The Bike Farm will have a small cost to cover the expense of the food prepared. It will be organic and fresh and as local as possible.

 As there are four routes on the ride, and only one route will visit the The Bike Farm B-B-Q, we invite all people to drive to The Bike Farm to join us for the Celebration. The Bike Farm Social and BBQ will be open from 11 to 4 pm (later if people would like to stay around the bon fire).

The Routes.
 
LOOP ONE.
10 Miles. 
Depart the Polk County Info Center on the SCF Interlink Trail to the Gandy Dancer. First Rest Stop is Wissihickon Farms for water and reflection. Continue along the Gandy to out to 200th street. Going right down to 1488 200th Street to Lamar Community. Then venture out to THe Baker Apple Orachard. Then return along 160th to The Gandy or down to the St Croix River, Lion's Park, the beautiful downtown SCF and back to the start. Please visit the wonderful shops, restaurants, parks and the beautiful Interstate State Park for swimming, hiking, biking, rock climbing, peace and quiet.
 
LOOP 2
28 Miles.
Take the Gandy north along a breathtaking canopy 14 miles to Café Wren in Luck, WI for brunch and refreshment. Return along the same path and stop at Wissahickon or Lamar or Baker Orchard on the way back! 
 
LOOP 3
45 miles.
Full route description will be posted August 10. 
Take the Gandy north to the Chippewa Trail, Café Wren, West Denmark Church Fall Peace Festival, The Bike Farm for a BBQ, to wolf creek, river road and back to scf.
 
LOOP 4  
The Gandhi Challenge
Take the FULL Gandy to Danbury 50 miles and back. Beautiful leaf show and stops along the way. Hard Compacted Dirt/Gravel road.
